Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain our defence exam coaching programmes. 📲
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information on courses, fees and admission procedures. ℹ️
Update enquiry/lead databases and follow up to help achieve enrolment targets. 📋
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication in Tamil with working proficiency in English. 🗣️
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome; telecalling / counselling / education sales experience is an added advantage. ✅
Good telephone etiquette, listening skills and basic computer literacy. 💼
