Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Tele Caller | Patient Coordinator (Local & International) at a fertility clinic. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing clear information about services, appointments, and basic treatment processes. The coordinator will schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in clinic systems. Daily work includes assisting both local and international patients with registration, coordinating with medical and administrative teams, and guiding patients on next steps with sensitivity and respect. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring a positive patient experience, and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to interact politely and professionally with diverse patients.
- Customer service or patient coordination experience in healthcare or a similar service-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage appointment scheduling, basic documentation, and accurate data entry in digital systems.
- Comfort supporting international patients; familiarity with handling queries across time zones and cultures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (email, office applications, patient management software); prior clinic or hospital system experience is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Empathetic, patient-focused mindset and willingness to learn about fertility treatments and clinic processes.
