Experience : 5 to 6 Years
Relevant Industry : US Market /Healthcare
Qualification : Any Graduation, or related field.
⭐ Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Candidates with 5 - 6yrs of working experience in a USA based Healthcare company.
2. Should Have Basic Knowledge of the Entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
3. Working experience in Pre-Authorization / Pre-Certification can apply.
4. Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
5. Knowledge of insurance payer policies
6. Experience using payer portals and EMR systems
7. Team leadership and problem-solving skills
8. Good communication and client handling
9. Reviewed and submitted pre-auth requests to insurance payers using portals and calls.
10. Handled escalations and complex authorization cases.
11. Prepared daily/weekly reports on team performance and authorization status.
Ensured compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

⭐ Desired profile of the candidate
1. Good organization skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
2. Good Oral & Written Communication skills.
3. Awareness of US Healthcare Industry.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
⭐ Required Skill Set
1. Should have typing skills.
2. Should have good communication skills.
3. Good data entry or word processing skills
4. Good knowledge on MS office
