Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Online Fashion Design Trainers at Myklax Fashion Private Limited. Trainers will conduct live and recorded online classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions on fashion design, including concepts such as design fundamentals, garment construction, trend analysis, and fashion illustration. The role includes creating structured lesson plans, developing digital learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. Trainers will collaborate with the curriculum and product teams to align training content with industry trends and Myklax’s product lines, and may support special projects such as design labs or portfolio development sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve responding to learner queries, maintaining organized course documentation, and using online tools and platforms to deliver engaging and accessible training experiences.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and fashion design principles to create practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for fashion or design-related programs, including structuring modules and learning outcomes.
- Proven Teaching and Training skills in an online or classroom setting, with a focus on learner engagement and clear communication.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design methods to develop interactive content, assessments, and multimedia learning resources.
- Strong background in fashion design, apparel or accessory design, or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating practical work.
- Comfort working remotely, managing schedules across time zones, and using digital tools such as video conferencing and learning platforms.
- Relevant degree or certification in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in fashion or creative fields is an advantage.
