🚀We are Hiring Medical Billing Manager (8–10 Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager with 8–10 years of end-to-end RCM expertise to lead billing operations, drive revenue optimization, and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of US healthcare billing, and the ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end medical billing operations including charge entry, claim submission, rejections from payers and clearing house, resubmission and mitigation from further denials, ensuring avoidable denials are completely mitigated.
• Ensure clean claim rate, first-pass resolution, and better denial % AR reduction targets are consistently met
• Manage and mentor billing teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Analyze billing trends, volume analysis and revenue analysis and identify revenue leakage, and implement process improvement strategies
• Handle escalations, payer issues, and client communication with a solution-oriented approach
• Monitor key KPIs such as First pass payment ratio, Denial %, Collection Ratio, and Productivity & Quality metrics
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and billing regulations
• Collaborate with coding, denials team, credentialing team, and client stakeholders for seamless RCM operations delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of experience in US healthcare medical billing/RCM
• Proven experience in team leadership and operations management
• Strong understanding of payer rules, denial management, and AR strategies
• Experience with billing software (e.g., AdvancedMD, eCW, Kareo, etc.) preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Shift Details:
• Mid-shift to Night Shift (aligned with US time zones)
Preferred Skills:
• Strong expertise in onboarding new clients, creation of SOPs, process optimization and automation
• Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts with a project tracker along with action items tracker.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills
