Are you passionate about building high-performing teams in a fast-growing telecom/ISP environment? We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist (Manager – HR) to lead talent acquisition initiatives and drive strategic hiring across our organization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (FTTH, Network, NOC, Sales, Enterprise Business, etc.)
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the telecom/ISP domain
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
- Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill recruitment
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and vendor partnerships
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes
🎯 Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Telecom / ISP / IT Infrastructure
- Proven experience in hiring for technical roles (network engineers, fiber teams, NOC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and workforce planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
