We are looking for experienced professionals for multiple roles in *Logistics Commercial, Export Documentation, Customs, DGFT, and Import Operations* for our *Kolkata and Delhi locations*.

*Key Responsibilities*
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing logistics, export-import documentation, customs clearance, DGFT operations, freight negotiations, shipment coordination, and statutory compliance as per the assigned role.
Responsibilities will include handling end-to-end export and import logistics, coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs, customs brokers, transporters, banks, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Candidates will be expected to manage commercial negotiations for ocean freight and inland transportation, prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documentation and bank documents, manage customs clearance activities, handle DGFT matters such as EPCG, Advance Authorization, RoDTEP and other export incentive schemes, and ensure compliance with customs laws, EXIM policies, DGFT procedures, and international trade regulations.
For the Delhi role, candidates must have prior experience in handling import logistics and customs clearance for *electronic components*.
*Candidate Requirements*
Candidates should have relevant experience in logistics, export documentation, customs, DGFT, export-import operations, freight management, or import logistics as per the role applied for.
Applicants for Kolkata-based export-import roles must have experience in handling *more than 500 containers per month*.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, EXIM policies, DGFT regulations, freight negotiation, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Candidates must be capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment and coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Preferred Background*
Manufacturing, Steel, Export-Import, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, CHA, Shipping, Electronic Components Imports, or related industries.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and shipment coordination.
- Practical experience in export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and letters of credit.
- Understanding of customs procedures, import-export regulations, and interaction with customs and CHA agents.
- Familiarity with DGFT regulations, export promotion schemes, and relevant government policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or logistics management systems for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Kharagpur, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in steel, cement, or heavy manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
