Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam. The role involves engaging in the company's recruitment and consultancy services, managing client relationships, sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring optimal placement solutions. Qualifications
- Ability to identify, source, and engage top talent for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in candidate screening, onboarding, and follow-up.
- Experience in managing recruitment workflows and using recruitment software or tools, if available.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.
- Familiarity with labor laws, employment trends, and recruitment best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
