Industry: EdTech Role Overview We are hiring an Accent Trainer to improve communication quality for tutors teaching US students. The role focuses on accent clarity, classroom communication, and measurable improvement tracking, directly impacting student experience, parent satisfaction, and demo conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct US accent & pronunciation training for tutors
• Coach tutors on classroom conversational tone, clarity, pacing, and engagement
• Run mock classes, live coaching, and demo communication training
• Track tutor improvement using audit scores, feedback, and performance metrics
• Share weekly improvement and risk reports
• Provide training support during US class hours
Required Experience & Skills
• 2-3 years in Accent / Voice / Communication Training
• Experience training for US or global audience communication
• Strong understanding of American pronunciation and classroom communication style
• Strong coaching, observation, and feedback
Skills Preferred:
• EdTech / Tutor training experience
• Demo or student engagement training exposure Success Metrics
• Accent improvement (Pre vs Post training)
• Demo communication quality improvement
• Parent/student feedback improvement
• Reduction in communication-related audit flags
