Role Description

We are hiring Contractual Maritime Inspectors for on-site inspections all across the globe. The role involves conducting maritime audits, inspections, and surveys for various types of vessels, including cargo, offshore, and passenger vessels. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with international maritime standards, assessing vessel condition and operations, verifying safety measures, and preparing detailed inspection reports. The Maritime Inspector will also liaise with shipowners, operators, and regulatory bodies to provide accurate assessments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in maritime operations, technical management, and vessel inspections
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for audits and surveys
• Ability to prepare clear, detailed inspection and audit reports
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Master Mariner, Chief Engineer, or a related maritime role is preferred
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, on-site environment
