We Are Hiring | Facility Manager – Business Development
📍 Gurgaon, Haryana
💰 CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Tuskers India is looking for an experienced and professional Facility Manager – Business Development to manage facility operations, client relationships, and business growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Facility Management & Business Development
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience in client handling, site operations, and technical coordination
• Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance operations, and manpower management
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Candidates with experience in disciplined operational environments will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end facility operations and manpower deployment
• Handle client meetings, reporting, and operational coordination
• Conduct site surveys and support business development activities
• Ensure operational quality, safety compliance, and service delivery standards
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
