Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time on-site Counselor/Manager for Law Programs at GD Goenka University’s campus in Gurugram. The role involves counseling prospective students about law programs, assisting with the admissions process, and guiding them on program offerings and career prospects. The candidate will be required to organize and participate in student outreach activities, provide program-related support, and drive engagement with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience. The role also entails building relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote the university's law programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to engage effectively with prospective students and their parents.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for education programs to enhance outreach and enrollment numbers.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, organizational skills, and attention to detail for streamlining the admissions process.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and execute events, sessions, and workshops effectively.
- Experience in educational counseling, admissions, or related fields, preferably within law or higher education sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Law, Education, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools preferred.
