Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and growth-oriented MBA Freshers who can support our business development, client handling, and operational activities for our e-auction portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Client coordination and relationship management
- Vendor & buyer onboarding support
- Lead generation and follow-ups
- Handling calls, emails, and business communication
- Managing auction-related operations and support
- Preparing reports, presentations, and MIS
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution
- Supporting marketing and LinkedIn outreach activities
- Identifying new business opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA Freshers (Marketing / Finance / Operations / IB preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Interest in sales, operations, and digital business
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Candidates from Noida / Delhi NCR preferred
