In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, using evidence-based behavioral strategies to support growth, independence, and overall success. If you are detail-oriented, empathetic, and driven to help others, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, individualized care. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a licensed professional.
Supporting clients during assessments and contributing to individualized treatment strategies.
Accurately collecting and recording data on client progress and responses to therapy.
Maintaining timely and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
Assisting with client evaluations and participating in treatment planning.
Providing guidance and support to families to help carry over strategies in the home environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in behavioral therapy or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of medical terminology, assessments, and clinical documentation.
Knowledge of HIPAA standards and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Spanish-speaking / bilingual required.
