We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder & Freelance Platform Manager who can generate high-quality leads, write winning proposals, and close international clients through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage & optimize profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
✅ Identify high-intent projects & submit customized, high-converting proposals
✅ Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
✅ Handle client communication & requirement analysis
✅ Improve profile ranking, visibility & conversion rates
✅ Collaborate with sales & marketing team for growth strategy
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
✔ Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Bidding Expert / Freelance Platform Manager
✔ Strong proposal writing, sales communication & client handling skills
✔ Understanding of IT services.
✔ Ability to generate leads & close deals independently
✔ Experience in Fiverr Gig SEO & optimization.
