💼 Role Overview
Responsible for driving business across I-BMS, ELV, HVAC, Electrical, and IT solutions, managing key relationships, and leading the complete sales cycle.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Mumbai and nearby regions
- Develop strong relationships with Consultants, PMCs, and End Users
- Identify new projects, generate leads, and convert opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and techno-commercial discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and report to management
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members
✅ Key Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in the Mumbai market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Basic to good technical knowledge of I-BMS & ELV
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
