🚀 Hiring: Sales & Growth Executive (EdTech) – Babblio
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Growth Executive with mandatory edtech experience to help scale Babblio, our AI-powered English speaking app.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
• Build and close B2B partnerships with colleges (TPOs, HODs, institutions)
• Onboard and manage tutors & coaching partners
• Drive user engagement through WhatsApp groups, speaking activities, and community initiatives
• Pitch subscription plans to students and convert them into paid users
• Sell 1:1 classes and group discussion programs to students
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and conversions
📌 What We’re Looking For:
• Mandatory experience in EdTech sales
• Strong communication, pitching, and closing skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on results
💰 Compensation:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (strictly, based on experience) + performance incentives
📍 Location: Noida
