🎯 What You’ll Do
As a **Sales & Customer Success Executive**, you’ll be the first face of our AI Automation platform. Your job is to connect, demo, onboard, and help clients get real results through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 1:1 product demos with potential clients (via Zoom/Google Meet).
• Present our **AI Business Automation Suite** — CRM, Funnels, WhatsApp, and AI Agents.
• Follow the **NAVIGATE Sales Framework** to close deals efficiently.
• Help clients with onboarding (domain setup, WhatsApp API, funnel connections).
• Provide support and guide customers post-purchase for smooth adoption.
• Maintain CRM entries, manage leads, and follow up on opportunities.
• Share customer insights and feedback with the sales & tech team.
