Role Description

This is a full-time office / on-site role for Project Managers and Cost Managers (Quantity Surveyors) located in Chennai/Bengaluru. Successful candidates will oversee Hospital / Healthcare building construction, project execution, manage construction at sites, handle cost control, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating on construction planning, overseeing execution compliance, managing budgets and resources, expediting project deliverables, conducting inspections, and coordinating with logistics teams for optimal project outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to deliver excellence are key attributes for this role.

 

Qualifications

·       Minimum 8 years’ Experience in the construction Industry with Proficiency in Project Management and experience with planning, execution, and cost control of Hospital projects.

·       Hands-on experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring project timelines are met.

·       Strong expertise in Inspection and quality control processes for construction projects.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or a related field is required.
