🚀 WE’RE HIRING | PMS SALES & OPERATIONS
📍 Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
🏢 Industry: Wealth Management | Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our growing wealth management business.
🔴 1. Manager / Senior Manager – PMS Sales & Client Relationships
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (depending on last CTC and experience)
🎯 Key Focus: Direct PMS Sales | HNI/UHNI Acquisition | AUM Generation
Key Responsibilities
- Personally source prospects and acquire HNI/UHNI clients.
- Generate AUM and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Convert leads into clients and build a sustainable client portfolio.
- Present PMS investment strategies, portfolio performance, product features and risks.
- Explain PMS fee structures and negotiate commercials.
- Conduct investment discussions and portfolio reviews.
- Manage client onboarding, relationships and retention.
- Develop business through networking, referrals and independent sourcing.
Candidate Requirements
✅ 5–7 years of experience in PMS Sales, Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Advisory.
✅ Proven experience in direct HNI/UHNI client acquisition.
✅ Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds and Equity Markets.
✅ Demonstrated ability to generate personally sourced AUM.
✅ Strong networking, presentation, negotiation and business-development skills.
⭐ Candidates with a proven track record in direct PMS sales and self-sourced AUM will be strongly preferred.
🔵 2. PMS Operations Executive
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (depending on last CTC and experience)
🎯 Key Focus: PMS Operations | Client Onboarding | Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PMS client onboarding and account activation.
- Handle KYC, CKYC/KRA, Demat and PMS documentation.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers and market intermediaries.
- Process additional investments, withdrawals, redemptions and client requests.
- Maintain operational records, trackers and MIS.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance and Dealing teams.
- Support operational controls and process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience in PMS, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Broking or Custody Operations.
✅ PMS onboarding and operations experience preferred.
✅ Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
✅ Good communication and client-servicing abilities.
✅ Working knowledge of Excel and operational MIS.
