Magmax is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can scale brands using Google Ads & Meta Ads.
If you have a strong track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and budget management, this role is for you.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on Experience)

📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
✅ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and scalable performance.
✅ Handle social media management, including coordinating organic content posting, monitoring engagement, and aligning with paid campaigns.
✅ Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
✅ Create and test ad creatives, copies, headlines, and CTAs with design and content teams.
✅ Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and event tracking tools.
✅ Continuously optimize campaigns (bidding, targeting, placements, funnels).
✅ Perform A/B testing to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
✅ Analyze data and prepare actionable reports.
✅ Collaborate with SEO, web, design, and development teams.
✅ Communicate performance insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
✅ Participate in client onboarding, discussions, and strategy calls.
✅ Stay updated with Google Ads & Meta Ads trends and policies.
✅ Support campaign audits and performance improvements.
✅ Ensure compliance with ad policies and consistent brand messaging.
