We’re Hiring Multimedia Producer | DelhiDigital Platform: Kisan of India
Role Overview:Kisan Of India is looking for a creative and execution-driven Multimedia Producer to lead end-to-end content production across videos, reels, and digital storytelling formats. The role involves content planning, on-ground shoots, editing coordination, and publishing engaging stories centered around agriculture, rural India, grassroots innovation, and the agri-allied sector.
You will play a key role in shaping how stories from the ground are transformed into compelling digital content.
What You’ll Do● Lead end-to-end video production- from planning, scripting and shoots to final delivery
● Produce engaging reels, long-form videos, interviews, explainers, and podcasts
● Coordinate with editors to deliver high-quality, platform-ready content
● Capture real stories from farmers, innovators, and rural communities.
● Create content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms
● Work on storytelling formats that drive engagement and impact
We’re Looking For Someone Who:● Understands social media trends and storytelling formats
● Can manage shoots, deadlines, and multiple projects efficiently
● Has strong Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred)
● Enjoys traveling for on-ground shoots and discovering grassroots stories
● Has an understanding of the agriculture ecosystem (preferred)
Preferred Background● BSc/MSc in Agriculture
● Rural Development / Mass Communication
● OR hands-on experience in agri fieldwork and content creation
