🔹 Open Roles
1. Guest Relations Intern
You will be the face of HOSTIE for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest communication (pre-arrival to post-checkout)
- Ensure seamless guest experience across properties
- Handle feedback, complaints, and resolution with professionalism
- Coordinate with operations team for on-ground execution
2. Marketing Intern
You will help build HOSTIE’s brand presence and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Assist in social media content planning & execution
- Work on branding ideas, campaigns & collaborations
- Support in building premium marketing creatives
3. Sales Intern
You will drive revenue and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads (B2B & B2C)
- Assist in closing bookings and long stays
- Build relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
- Support pricing strategy and revenue optimization
