Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Intern located in Mumbai. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating onboarding processes, and aiding in personnel management. The role will also involve assisting in maintaining employee records and supporting the recruitment and selection process. The hybrid structure allows for a combination of office presence and remote work flexibility.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship or academic experience in HR will be an added advantage
