Role Description
This is an internship role for an HR Intern, based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement allowing partial remote work. The HR Intern will support various human resources functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, assisting with HR management tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support for personnel management. The role also involves crafting and overseeing employee benefits programs and helping to ensure compliance with HR policies.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid, team-oriented environment
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior internship or coursework in HR is an advantage
