Role Description
We are hiring a full-time HR Executive for our Ahmedabad office. This on-site role includes daily responsibilities such as managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and contributing to the overall employee management lifecycle. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational and administrative HR processes.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Familiarity with HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and effective communication
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain organizational culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
