TVAMEVA Diagnostics & Health Lounge is looking for a polished, warm, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.
If you come from a hospitality, healthcare, premium customer service, or guest relations background and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every guest, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, calls, registrations, and front-desk operations
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and internal teams
• Handle patient queries, feedback, billing, and general front-desk requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Update data and prepare basic reports using MS Excel
• Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming
• Support smooth day-to-day administrative and front-office operations
What We’re Looking For
• Hospitality / hotel / guest relations / premium customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in basic office applications
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain records and basic reports
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Professional appearance and a pleasant, approachable personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Patient, courteous, and service-oriented approach
• Ability to handle people and situations with confidence, professionalism, and composure
