Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Florist Designer based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include designing innovative floral arrangements, creating bespoke flower decorations for events, and contributing to the conceptualization of unique floral designs. The role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their needs, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to support business growth. The Florist Designer will play a critical role in ensuring visually stunning floral displays that elevate the event experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Floral Design and crafting beautiful Flower Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with and meet client needs
- A demonstrated ability in Creativity to conceptualize unique and trendsetting floral designs
- Experience in Sales with the ability to promote and sell floral design services
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in event planning and floral design is preferred
- A diploma or certification in floriculture, floral design, or related field is a valuable asset
