Finance & Payroll Executive

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Semiconductor Design Services

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end finance operations in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, GHI, GPA)
• Client invoicing and receivables management
• Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
• Client and employee onboarding (Finance and Compliance)
• Coordination with Finance, HR, and Business teams

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Semiconductor / IT / Design / Consulting services
• Exposure to contract-based billing and client invoicing models

Key Skills:

• Strong payroll and statutory compliance expertise
• Hands-on experience in invoicing, PO, and receivables management
• Proficiency in Excel and tools such as Zoho, Tally, GreytHR, etc.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

Education:

B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
