Finance & Payroll Executive
Location: Bangalore
Industry: Semiconductor Design Services
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end finance operations in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, GHI, GPA)
- Client invoicing and receivables management
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
- Client and employee onboarding (Finance and Compliance)
- Coordination with Finance, HR, and Business teams
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Semiconductor / IT / Design / Consulting services
- Exposure to contract-based billing and client invoicing models
Key Skills:
- Strong payroll and statutory compliance expertise
- Hands-on experience in invoicing, PO, and receivables management
- Proficiency in Excel and tools such as Zoho, Tally, GreytHR, etc.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
Education:
B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
