Career Advisor Insights Sales Executive – USA & Canada Market
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Career Advisor Insights Sales Executive to handle clients across the USA and Canada region. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with international clients. This role involves career consultation, client relationship management, lead conversion, and sales coordination while delivering high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospective USA and Canada clients regarding career guidance, consulting services, and program opportunities.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales interactions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized career advisory solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, educational opportunities, and client expectations in North America.
Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Excellent client handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working with USA and Canada clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Sales, counseling, customer service, or international client handling experience will be preferred.
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Working Schedule: • Working Hours: 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST
• Week Offs and Holidays:
All major USA Federal Holidays will be observed.
Major Indian Festivals holidays will also be provided.
