Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in the Patna Division. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and manage client accounts to maintain long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include engaging in effective communication with clients, presenting our advertising solutions, and fostering collaboration to achieve company objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving company growth while ensuring client satisfaction and brand alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business acumen with a proactive approach to identifying and creating opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations and relationship building
- Account Management expertise, including managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals
- Knowledge of advertising, hyperlocal marketing, or community engagement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
