We are looking for a highly operational and systems-oriented specialist capable of building scalable lead acquisition and enrichment infrastructures for international growth.
YOUR MISSION
You will help build the data acquisition engine powering:
- Isidore AI,
- multilingual AI funnels,
- growth infrastructure,
- acquisition systems,
- CRM intelligence,
- and future global scaling.
Your role is not basic lead generation.

- Build scalable lead sourcing workflows across multiple countries and industries.
- Generate high-quality structured databases aligned with ICPs.
Data Enrichment
- Enrich leads using:
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- Clay
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- enrichment APIs
- scraping systems
- cross-platform workflows
AI-Powered Acquisition Infrastructure
- Build intelligent lead acquisition systems using automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Develop scalable enrichment and segmentation logic.
Intent-Based Intelligence
- Identify:
- buying signals,
- behavioral triggers,
- decision-makers,
- growth-stage companies,
- strategic accounts.
Workflow Automation
- Create automation systems connecting:
- lead acquisition,
- CRM,
- outbound systems,
- lifecycle workflows,
- funnel intelligence.
Data Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain clean, structured, usable datasets.
- Optimize deliverability and enrichment quality.
