Role Requirements:
β Experience in Non-Life Insurance administration
β Handling quotations
β Coordination and client communication
β Follow-ups and reminders
β Good communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and record maintenance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure timely and accurate task completion
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn insurance-related processes, including claims processing and compliance requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients and insurance providers
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex administrative tasks
- Same field professional experience will be considered.
