Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ERP & CRM System Developer role based in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining ERP and CRM systems to enhance the company's internal operations and client relationship management. The role requires collaborative work with cross-functional teams to customize system functionalities, perform system analyses, and ensure seamless integration of ERP and CRM solutions. Candidates will also troubleshoot system issues, implement best practices, and provide training and support to team members on technical functionalities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in ERP and CRM development platforms, system customization, and implementation
- Strong skills in software development, coding, debugging, and optimization
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support
- Knowledge of database management, APIs, and integration techniques
- Proficiency in project management and collaborative team-oriented problem-solving
- Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with the piping or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
