</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Help evelop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.</li>
<li>Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor children's progress </li>
<li>Engage children in hands-on activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and classroom activities.</li>
<li>Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in early childhood education trends.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and families.</li>
<li>Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to diverse learning needs.</li>
<li>Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Background check clearance as required by state regulations.</li>
