Wavemaker Impact is Southeast Asia’s leading climate-tech venture builder. We’re not running an accelerator or looking for pitches— we’re looking to partner with experienced entrepreneurs who are looking to be the Founder and CEO of a new, high-growth climate-tech company that we will co-found, together.

You’ll work with our venture-building team to identify a billion-dollar opportunity, build from zero, and lead the company through scale and exit. This is your company—you will be the founder and CEO.

We don't work on existing ideas. Founders need to come onboard on a totally blank slate with an open mind.

What You’ll Do

• Work with our team to uncover, validate, and build a climate-tech startup
• Launch and lead the business as CEO
• Scale toward a high-growth, high-impact exit
• Get hands-on support across product, GTM, data, and fundraising

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve founded or operated at a high growth startup in India before
• You’re mission-driven and ready to solve major climate problems
• You’re based in Southeast Asia and ready to build full-time
• You’re not looking for a quick gig—you want to lead a company long-term

What You’ll Get

• Up to 70% equity in the company you co-found
• Up to $500K in seed funding, with follow-on potential
• SGD $5,000/month stipend during the early phase
• Dedicated venture-building team with you every step of the way

This is not a residency or a pitch opportunity. It’s a deep partnership to co-build a high-growth climate-tech company—starting August 2025.
