ColumnCentric provides technical assistance, instrument solutions, and expert support to customers for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and performance optimization of HPLC systems.
Role Description
This is a Freelance Waters HPLC Engineer role based in Delhi NCR. The engineer will be engaged on a project/requirement basis and will be called whenever technical support is required at customer locations. Payment will be provided on a per-visit basis.
The engineer will be responsible for providing complete technical support for Waters HPLC systems, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, performance checks, and resolving instrument-related issues.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of Waters HPLC systems, including hardware components, software operation, system diagnostics, and basic chromatographic understanding. The engineer should be capable of handling both internal technical support and external customer visits independently.
Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Waters HPLC systems.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues.
- Preventive maintenance and performance verification.
- Calibration and system suitability checks.
- Breakdown handling and resolution of instrument issues.
- Replacement and handling of HPLC components.
- Knowledge of Waters Empower software and basic data handling.
- Providing on-site technical support to customers.
- Coordinating with the ColumnCentric team for service requirements.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Waters HPLC systems.
- Experience in installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting is mandatory.
Engagement Type: Freelance / On-call basis
