About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Business Development Leaders to drive growth across multiple verticals including Projects, High Purity Water, Exports, Standard Systems, Special Applications, and Services.
You will play a key role in expanding Doshion’s market presence, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across industries such as Power, Refinery, Pharma, Semiconductor, and Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue generation across assigned verticals
- Identify and develop new markets, clients, and strategic partnerships
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to closure
- Engage with EPCs, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Develop market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Work closely with proposal team
- Strengthen presence in exports and international markets
- Promote solutions in high purity water, industrial water, and wastewater treatment

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Water / Wastewater Industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across India & globally
- Strategic mind-set with focus on growth and expansion
