Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Water Treatment Operator, located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of water and wastewater treatment plants, managing pump stations, monitoring process controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining optimal system performance and ensuring the efficient treatment and flow of water.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and Water Treatment processes
- Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment techniques and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Process Control and optimization
- Understanding of Pump Stations operations and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations governing water treatment
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certification in a related field is an advantage
