We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Water Supply Design cum Hydraulic Expert for Urban Water Supply
Position: Water Supply Design cum Hydraulic Expert
Location: Kohima
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification & Experience
* Post Graduate in Public Health Engineering.
* Minimum 20 years of professional experience in water supply projects.
* At least 10 years of experience in advanced water supply structure design and hydraulic engineering.
* Hands-on expertise in latest hydraulic modeling and water supply design software.
* Experience in implementation of continuous pressurized 24x7 water supply systems as Senior Water Supply Engineer or equivalent role.
Key Responsibilities
* Review technical designs, specifications, and operational aspects of water supply projects.
* Evaluate hydraulic designs, quality assurance plans, and service delivery systems for effective implementation.
* Ensure sustainable and continuous 24x7 pressurized water supply.
* Identify project gaps, risks, and recommend suitable technical improvements.
* Support policy development for expansion of water supply networks and household connections.
* Verify capital and operational cost projections, revenue recovery, and subsidy assessments.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for timely project execution.
