Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ulhasnagar for a Water Infrastructure Project Head. The role involves leading and managing end-to-end execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include maintaining project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project teams, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring resource optimization. The candidate will also oversee design reviews, procurement planning, and implement risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, resource allocation, and site supervision for water infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant standards or regulations in water infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project planning tools, budgeting, and cost control.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage teams, establish timelines, and ensure the achievement of project goals.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, government authorities, and contractors.
- Problem-solving and risk management skills to address challenges and maintain project continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project management or water infrastructure are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale water infrastructure or similar civil engineering projects.
