They are critical to water resource management (dams, water networks), mechanical equipment (heavy machinery), and infrastructure.Core ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & Modeling: Develop designs for water distribution, drainage, and hydraulic infrastructure using tools like AutoCAD.Fluid Analysis: Apply principles of physics and fluid mechanics to predict flow rates, pressure levels, and sediment transport.Project Management: Conduct site investigations, assess project viability, and oversee the construction of water treatment and flood control facilities.Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all hydraulic designs comply with local environmental regulations and safety standards.Key RequirementsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. (Master's or specialized certifications in fluid dynamics or water resources are highly preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software and computer-aided design (CAD).Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to manage water flows, pressure systems, and heavy mechanical forces.
