Casual Sales Consultant

We are looking for passionate and service-minded individuals to join our team in Melbourne as Casual Sales Consultants. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every client. You'll support the day-to-day operations of the boutique and work closely with the store's leadership team. This is a flexible casual position, ideal for those with availability across weekends and public holidays - full weekend and holiday trading availability is essential and highly regarded. Full training will be provided, so a curiosity to learn and a passion for quality are key. ABOUT YOU You have experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or customer service environments. You are genuine and approachable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must. You have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You excel at building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key accounts. You are eager to learn and develop your retail and product knowledge. You possess moderate computer skills; training on our software systems will be provided. A second language is a valuable asset.
