At WasteHero, we are delivering one of the most ambitious municipal ERP transformations in the Nordics — a multi-year, multi-company implementation covering 5 waste companies, thousands of users, deep integrations, and full data migrations from legacy systems.

To lead this at a world-class level, we’re bringing in a Senior Delivery Director — someone who has operated in complex environments, thrives in high-stakes execution, and can own delivery from contract to production with precision and authority.

This is a senior leadership role, not a classic project manager position.

What You Will Lead

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

You take full accountability for the successful deployment of our ERP platform across five municipal companies.

You orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage complexity, and ensure we deliver on time, on scope, and on quality.

Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

You will be the senior face toward municipal management and steering groups.

You build trust, set expectations, communicate clearly, and drive decisions in environments with many stakeholders and moving parts.

Contractual & Commercial Control

You manage delivery with a firm understanding of:

• RACI governance
• Change control
• Target price & capped T&M models
• Bonus/penalty mechanisms
• Acceptance criteria
• Customer responsibilities
• Commercial risk management

You know how to say “no” respectfully — and when to escalate.

Data Migration Leadership

You understand the realities of messy legacy data and know how to lead:

• Mapping
• Enrichment
• Validation
• Iterative pipelines
• Test & production migration
• Acceptance & quality gates

Who You Are

A high-caliber delivery leader who has driven large-scale ERP, data, or transformation programs — ideally with public or utility-sector complexity.

You have:

• 7–15 years of senior delivery experience
• Strong background in migrations, integrations, or enterprise systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A structured, calm, and decisive leadership style
• The ability to hold the line on scope and protect commercial boundaries
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder governance (steering groups, councils, etc.)
