High school diploma or GED; 3+ years continuous emergency communications dispatcher experience at a PSAP within last 3 years; DPSST Basic Telecommunicator certification or equivalent; type 45 WPM; no disqualifying criminal history; must obtain LEDS, EMD, CPR/First Aid/AED within 18 months.
