The Wash Technician is responsible for performing customer vehicle washes in accordance with the Wash Board Schedule. They must manage their time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines, maintain a high level of quality in their work, and keep a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash internal fleet and customers’ vehicles to the highest level of quality.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure washes are completed on time following the Wash Board.
- Follow all MW processes, procedures and checklists.
- Contribute to the development or processes, procedures and checklists.
- Uphold safety standards while keeping the detailing bay clean & organized.
- Assist with Daily Shop Tasks.
- Assist Technicians as required.
Experience, Education, And Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Driver’s License without multiple infractions.
- Comfortable driving standard transmission vehicles.
- Effective computer skills.
