About the role

As the Senior Director of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in building and leading Wasabi's global customer success team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of Wasabi's customer success capabilities, helping to ensure exceptional experiences for our fast-growing customer base. You will be responsible for establishing and driving the customer success function, shaping the culture, and delivering measurable outcomes that drive customer loyalty, retention, and expansion. You will also serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing customer insights and data to inform product and service decisions.
