Warwick Hotel Denver is seeking a local Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This role will support the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers’ Team



 Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones.
  • Maintain and upkeep various filing systems, including vendor information where necessary.
  • Preparation of contracts which includes merging in OPERA, setting up a file and preparing all required information for management team
  • Receive visitors and guests. Answer questions and concerns; follow through either to resolution or refer to the appropriate manager. Give tours to potential Sales & Catering clients
  • Support Director of Sales & Marketing with Social Media efforts. Assist with marketing pieces including creating flyers, advertisements, email blasts and direct mailings. 


Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience in clerical/secretarial experience in Hotel and Hospitality industry
  • Must possess computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Delphi, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media Platforms and Opera.
  • Must possess great communication skills
  • High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
