Schedule Days : Based on Availability.
Two Available Positions
Position 1 : Full Time Evenings - 32-40 hours, Weekends required. Shift 3pm - 11pm. Off midweek.
Position 2 : Part Time, Hybrid Schedule. 16 - 32 hours. Saturday and Sunday 7am - 3pm. Tuesday and Wednesday 3pm -11pm.
Salary: $23.00/hr
Holidays: Must be available to work. No Exceptions.
**OPERA Front Office System Knowledge is a big plus!
** Hotel Background is highly preferred.
** Must be comfortable with computers and type 50 wpm.
FRONT DESK AGENT
POSITION PURPOSE
Attend to guests’ needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information. Provide outstanding customer service and name usage in guest interactions.
Accept payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout.
Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
