As an Elite High-Ticket Fitness Sales Closer (or Enrollment Advisor), reporting directly to our Sales Director and your dedicated Pod Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our exclusive VIP Program. Objectives:

  • Increase Enrollment: Proactively engage with potential clients to demonstrate the unparalleled impact of the WarriorBabe VIP Program, driving significant growth in enrollments.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Educate and Inspire: Clearly communicate WarriorBabe’s mission and values, illustrating the unique benefits and transformative outcomes of our program.
  • Seamless Transition: Guide clients from initial contact through the early stages of enrollment, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Team and setting them up for a successful fitness journey.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Outreach and Engagement:

  • Host scheduled Zoom sales calls and manage a pipeline of follow-ups.
  • Conduct thorough initial consultations (30-45 minutes) to understand and address prospects’ fitness goals and needs.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing and referral programs.


Program Education and Advocacy:

  • Articulate the benefits and features of the WarriorBabe VIP Program with clarity.
  • Share compelling success stories and testimonials to highlight program effectiveness.
  • Confidently address and overcome any objections from potential clients.


Sales Process:

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate information and payment collection.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best subscription and payment options, including financing opportunities.
  • Ensure clients fully understand WarriorBabe’s Terms of Service Agreement.
  • Build strong relationships, demonstrating the program’s value and facilitating a smooth transition to the Customer Success Team.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner closely with the Customer Success Team and Customer Support to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience.
  • Provide valuable client feedback and insights to the leadership team for ongoing improvement.


Qualifications:

  • High-Ticket Sales Excellence: Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales roles (over $6000+), preferably within fitness or wellness, with a history of exceeding targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills for persuasive client interactions.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence to build trust, manage objections, and maintain client relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition to effectively convey program benefits.
  • Sales Drive: Highly motivated with a competitive edge to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in remote sales roles, preferably using HubSpot, with proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Commitment to Growth: Dedication to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on client needs and evolving sales environments.


Deliverables:

  • Required daily participation in Sales Team Huddles and Sales Tactic Workshops
  • 60+ bookings available weekly (30+ hours of sales calls per week); must be available Wednesday through Sunday
  • Weekly reports on enrollment activities and outcomes.
  • Active engagement in Slack and other communication channels as directed by leadership.
  • Monthly attendance at WarriorBabe’s All Hands Meeting (first Tuesday of each month)


Compensation:


Base Salary: $44,000+ annually (based on region) plus 6-11% commission based on Sales Per Booking averages across 60 days of performance. Also includes bonuses based on a bi-weekly points system. This position has high six-figure earning potential. Note that this is an employment (W2) position.
